A "Hotspot" on a web page diagram is an area you can place your cursor over and click to view something new. In this case it will cause the page to display the appropriate picture in the frame to the right. You can tell when you have found a "Hotspot" because the cursor is normally an arrow. As you move the cursor over a "Hotspot" it becomes a hand pointing at the spot. Just click it to view a picture of that area of the store in the frame to right.
